| The first couple of pics are of the stupid brackets that I was sent with the A/C system I ordered from Hot Rod Air. Thank God I had an home made compressor bracket thaat came with the engine that I could use. I painted it up and it looks fine. at least Hor Rod air is giving me a $50 credit on the brackets. Unfortunately they are having to swap the under dash unit that you see in the pics for the long style unit you can see in Adam's truck in the April 07 pics because this one doesn't look or work right at such a drastic angle. I also got my rear leaf spring mounts welded to the frame as they were only being held on my ONE bolt and it should have been 4! My radiator decided to spring three leaks so I replaced it with a 4 core. and in the process I couldn't get the lower tranny line to come off so I cut it off and that turned out ok because when I ran the replacement line, it lined up perfectly next to the other line, and that had always bothered me how they didn't line up. Next my harmonic balancer that I got from the junkyard with the different pulley grooves for the power steering decided to crap out so I had to replace it. |
