| January... Molly is One year old to me, and a world better than it was. I pulled out the entire interior (again...) and painted the floor pans with ceramic-hard POR-15, put up insulation around the walls, laid down new sound deadener and carpet, and reinstalled the interior. I still need to do the headliner, and plastic trim, but that will be soon, and I will still need to get the front seat reupholstered, but it looks OK for now. I also painted my dash cap but I think the blue is too bright, so I will be painting it again a darker shade hopefully tomorrow. The Monte has been off the road for two weeks, so I am glad that I am able to start driving it again! |
